Management on isolated patient of Covid - 19 at B.P. Koirala Memorial Cancer Hospital

Coronaviruses are a large family of viruses that are known to cause illness ranging from the common cold to more severe diseases such as Middle East Respiratory Syndrome (MERS) and Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS). A novel corona virus (COVID-19) was identified in 2019 in Wuhan, China. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of homeopathic medicine towards corona virus treatment. This was a clinical study with primary data analysis by qualitative method of homeopathic treatment to COVID 19 patient. Similia similibus curentur, or "like cures like" was the main instrument for drug selection based on totality of symptoms. Bryonia alba 30 c was seen to be a choice of homeopathic medicine for Covid 19 treatment followed by Gelsimium. Hence, it is better to include the homeopathic treatment system in each hospital to take prevention, control and treatment against Covid 19.
