In teaching and learning process, learning is usually an act that is done intentionally, which then causes changes that are different from the changes caused by others. If in learning it is felt that the desired learning achievement has not been achieved, then in practice, educators usually choose learning methods that can increase students' attention in learning. The purpose of this study is to explain the impact of Problem Based Learning assisted by video media on students' problem-solving abilities. The research subjects were 120 Vocational High School students with 60 students in the control class and 60 students in the experimental class. This research is a quasi-experimental research. The results of this study indicate a positive influence on students' problem solving abilities. It is expected that Problem Based Learning can be used and developed again in learning.
