International legal basis for establishing sovereignty of Vietnam for the two Hoang SA and Truong SA Islands

The international legal basis to establish the sovereignty of the Vietnamese State over the Hoang Sa and Truong Sa archipelagos is an important content, in addition to affirming that the Vietnamese State has sufficient legal evidence to Affirming sovereignty also contributes to refuting the unreasonable sovereignty claims of some countries over the Hoang Sa and Truong Sa archipelagos.
